Wilton Sees Airship
The mysterious airship appeared at 1 o'clock Saturday morning [October 20] over his farm, according to Nathan H. Adams of Wilton. The light illuminated his stable and Adams thought horse thieves were after his animals. Seizing a pistol he rushed out, but the light passed rapidly across the fields, over the woods and disappeared. He did not see the craft itself but is positive the rays of light came from overhead. Visits by a strange airship were reported several times near Farmington last fall.
