D’après ‘Abdallah Ibn ‘Amr (que Dieu les agrée lui et son père), le Prophète (que la prière de Dieu et
Son salut soient sur lui) a dit : Certes la disparition de la vie d’ici-bas est moins grave pour Allah que le
fait que l’on tue un homme musulman.
عن عبدالله بن عمرو رضي الله عنهما قال النبي صلّى الله عليه و سلّم : لزوال الدنيا أهون عند الله من قتل
رجل مسلم
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr that: The Prophet [SAW] said: The extinction of the whole
world is less significant before Allah than killing a Muslim man.
D’après ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr a dit : Tuer un croyant est plus grave auprès de Dieu que la disparition
du monde.
عن عبدالله بن عمرو رضي الله عنهما قال النبي صلّى الله عليه و سلّم : لزوال الدنيا أهون عند الله من قتل
رجل مسلم
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: Killing a believer is more grievous before Allah than
the extinction of the whole world.
Il a été rapporté que Jarir a dit : Le Messager d'Allah [PSL] a dit : Si un esclave s'enfuit,
aucune prière ne sera acceptée de lui
jusqu'à ce qu'il retourne chez ses maîtres.
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ
مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا أَبَقَ
الْعَبْدُ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى مَوَالِيهِ " .
It was narrated that Jarir said: "The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'If a slave runs away, no Salah
will be accepted from him until he goes back to his masters.'"
Jarir used to narrate from the Prophet [PSL] : Si un esclave s'enfuit, aucune prière ne sera acceptée de lui, et s'il
meurt, il mourra en tant que non-croyant. Un esclave de Jarir s'est enfui. Jarir l'a capturé et lui a tranché
la gorge (le tuant ainsi).
Jarir used to narrate from the Prophet [SAW]: "If a slave runs away, no Salah will be accepted from
him, and if he dies he will die a disbeliever." A slave of Jarir's ran away, and he caught him and struck his neck
(killing him).
Ibn Abbas a dit : Le Messager de Dieu [SAW] a dit : Quiconque change sa religion,
tuez-le.
أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ
عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ
فَاقْتُلُوهُ " .
Ibn 'Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: Whoever changes his religion, kill
him.
Il a été rapporté par Ikrimah : "Certains apostasièrent après avoir accepté l'Islam, et Ali les brûla par le
feu. Ibn Abbas dit : 'Si cela avait été moi, je ne les aurais pas brûlés ; le Messager d'Allah [SAW] a dit :
'Personne ne devrait être puni par la punition d'Allah.' Si cela avait été moi, je les aurais tués ; le Messager
d'Allah [SAW] a dit: 'Quiconque change sa religion, tuez-le.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ، قَالَ
حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، أَنَّ نَاسًا، ارْتَدُّوا عَنِ الإِسْلاَمِ،
فَحَرَّقَهُمْ عَلِيٌّ بِالنَّارِ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَوْ كُنْتُ أَنَا لَمْ، أُحَرِّقْهُمْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ
صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُعَذِّبُوا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ أَحَدًا " . وَلَوْ كُنْتُ أَنَا لَقَتَلْتُهُمْ قَالَ
رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ " .
It was narrated from 'Ikrimah: "Some people apostatized after accepting Islam, and 'Ali burned them
with fire. Ibn 'Abbas said: 'If it had been me, I would not have burned them; the Messenger of Allah [SAW] said:
'No one should be punished with the punishment of Allah.' If it had been me, I would have killed them; the
Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Whoever changes his religion, kill him.'"

It was narrated that Al-Hasan said: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: Whoever changes his

It was narrated from Anas that: Ibn 'Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: Whoever
changes his religion, kill him.
Il a été relaté par Abou Bourdah bin Abi Musa Al-Ash'ari, qui le tenait de son père : "Que le Prophète
[SAW] l'avait envoyé au Yemen, et qu'il avait envoyé Mouadh bin Jabal après cela.
Lorsqu'il arriva il dit : 'Oh peuple, je suis l'envoyé du Messager d'Allah [SAW] pour vous.' Abu Mousa lui donna
un coussin pour s'asseoir, et alors un homme fut amené, qui avait été juif, puis était devenu musulman, puis était redevenu
incroyant. Mouadh dit : 'Je ne m'assiérai pas tant qu'il n'est pas tué ; c'est ce que décrète Allah et Son
Messager,' (en le répétant) trois fois. Lorsqu'il fut tué, il s'assit."
It was narrated from Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa Al-Ash'ari, from his father: "That the Prophet [SAW] sent
him to Yemen, then he sent Mu'adh bin Jabal after that. When he arrived he said: 'O people, I am the envoy of the
Messenger of Allah [SAW] to you.' Abu Musa gave him a cushion to sit down, then a man was brought who had been a
Jew, then he became a Muslim, then he reverted to Kufr. Mu'adh said: 'I will not sit down until he is killed; this
is the decree of Allah and His Messenger,' (saying it) three times. When he was killed, he sat down."
D’après Moukhariq (que Dieu l’agrée) : Un homme s’est rendu vers le Prophète (que la prière de Dieu et
Son salut soient sur lui) et a dit : Que dois-je faire si un homme vient à moi et veut mon argent n1C'est-à-dire qu’il veut le lui voler. ? Le Prophète (que la prière de Dieu et Son salut
soient sur lui) a dit : Rappelle lui Dieun2C'est-à-dire : Rappelle-lui le châtiment
de Dieu qui attend celui qui prend injustement l’argent des gens.. L'homme a dit : S’il n’écoute pas le
rappel ? Le Prophète (que la prière de Dieu et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit : Demande aux musulmans qui sont
autour de toi de t’aider contre lui. L’homme a dit : S’il n’y a autour de moi aucun musulman ? Le Prophète
(que la prière de Dieu et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit : Demande au gouverneur de t’aider contre lui.
L’homme a dit : Si le gouverneur est loin de moi ? Le Prophète (que la prière de Dieu et Son salut soient sur lui)
a dit : Combat pour protéger ton argent jusqu’à ce que soit tu sois un martyr dans l’au-delà ou que soit tu
préserves ton argent.
عن مخارق رضي الله عنه قال : جاء رجل إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال : الرجل يأتيني فيريد مالي ؟ قال
النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ذكره بالله قال : فإن لم يذكر ؟ قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : فاستعن عليه من حولك من
المسلمين قال : فإن لم يكن حولي أحد من المسلمين ؟ قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : فاستعن عليه بالسلطان قال : فإن نأى
السلطان عني ؟قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : قاتل دون مالك حتى تكون من شهداء الآخرة أو تمنع مالك
It was narrated from Qabus bin Mukhariq that his father said: "I heard Sufyan Ath-Thawri narrating this
Hadith. He said: 'A man came to the Prophet [SAW] and said: "What if a man comes to me and wants to take my
wealth?" He said: "Remind him of Allah." He said: "What if he pays no heed?" He said: "Seek the help of the
Muslims around you against him." He said: "What if there are no Muslims around me?" He said: "Seek the help of the
ruler against him." He said: "What if the ruler is far away from me?" He said: "Fight to defend your wealth until
you either become one of the martyrs of the Hereafter, or you protect your wealth (successfully)."
