D'après As-Saburah : Le Prophète (ﷺ) dit : Commande à un garçon de prier lorsqu'il atteint l'âge de
sept ans. Lorsqu'il a dix ans, alors frappe-le pour qu'il prie.
Narrated As-Saburah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Command a boy to pray when he reaches the age of seven
years. When he becomes ten years old, then beat him for prayer.
Abû Sa'îd Al-Khudrî (qu'Allah l'agrée) relate : « Alors que le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) priait avec ses
Compagnons, il retira soudainement ses sandales et les plaça sur sa gauche. Lorsque les Compagnons aperçurent
cela, ils ôtèrent également leurs sandales. Après avoir fini sa prière, le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) leur demanda : Pourquoi
avez-vous ôté vos sandales ? - Ils répondirent : Nous t’avons vu retirer les tiennes, ô Messager de Dieu,
alors nous avons retiré les nôtres ! Le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ répliqua alors : L'ange Gabriel m’a informé
qu’il y avait une impureté -ou quelque chose de nuisible- sous mes sandales, je les ai donc ôtées. Ainsi,
lorsque l’un d’entre vous vient à la mosquée, qu’il regarde : s’il voit une saleté ou une impureté sur ses
sandales, qu’il l’essuie ; et qu’il prie ensuite avec.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَعَامَةَ
السَّعْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه
وسلم يُصَلِّي بِأَصْحَابِهِ إِذْ خَلَعَ نَعْلَيْهِ فَوَضَعَهُمَا عَنْ يَسَارِهِ فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ الْقَوْمُ
أَلْقَوْا نِعَالَهُمْ فَلَمَّا قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلاَتَهُ قَالَ " مَا حَمَلَكُمْ عَلَى
إِلْقَائِكُمْ نِعَالَكُمْ " . قَالُوا رَأَيْنَاكَ أَلْقَيْتَ نَعْلَيْكَ فَأَلْقَيْنَا نِعَالَنَا . فَقَالَ
رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَتَانِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ فِيهِمَا
قَذَرًا " . وَقَالَ " إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ فَإِنْ رَأَى فِي نَعْلَيْهِ
قَذَرًا أَوْ أَذًى فَلْيَمْسَحْهُ وَلْيُصَلِّ فِيهِمَا " .
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri: While the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was leading his Companions in prayer, he
took off his sandals and laid them on his left side; so when the people saw this, they removed their sandals. When
the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) finished his prayer, he asked: What made you remove your sandals? The replied: We saw
you remove your sandals, so we removed our sandals. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then said: Gabriel came to me and
informed me that there was filth in them. When any of you comes to the mosque, he should see; if he finds filth on
his sandals, he should wipe it off and pray in them.
