D’après ‘Abdallah Ibn ‘Omar (qu’Allah les agrée lui et son père), le Prophète (que la prière d’Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit : Le croyant ne cesse d’être dans une situation de largesse vis-à-vis de sa religion tant qu’il n’a pas fait couler un sang interdit C'est-à-dire tant qu’il n’a pas commis un meurtre.. 🔈

عن عبدالله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : لا يزال المؤمن في فسحة من دينه ما لم يصب دما حراما🔈

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, A faithful believer remains at liberty regarding his religion unless he kills somebody unlawfully.🔈

Le Messager d'Allah a dit : Le sang d’un musulman qui atteste qu’il n’y a de dieu qu’Allah et que je suis le Messager de Dieu est illicite sauf dans trois cas : l’homicide volontaire, le fornicateur qui a déjà connu le mariage et l’apostat qui quitte l’islam et abandonne la Communauté musulmane.🔈

حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالْمَارِقُ مِنَ الدِّينِ التَّارِكُ الْجَمَاعَةَ ‏"‏‏.‏🔈

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims.🔈
